SPARERIBS
The favourite of every BBQ fan. Our pork ribs are made from special selected meaty loins which are slowly pre-cooked on low temperature. All it needs is just short heating on the barbecue, oven, air fryer or micro wave and you are ready to lick your fingers! The ribs are available in the original or sweet marinate taste. They can also be obtained with sauce per piece separately vacuum packed in the flavours soy, piri piri or barbecue.
PULLED MEAT
Our pulled meat is prepared in the ‘’slow cooking’’ way. The best meat is cooked for a longer time at lower temperature. The “slow cooking’’ preparation method is in tune with today’s trends and gives the product the extra taste and attention it requires. Pulled meat is available in three varieties: pulled pork, pulled chicken and pulled beef.
CHICKEN
Delicious seasoned chicken parts are pre-cooked at low temperature, as a result the meat remains juicy and flavourful and it gets the perfect ‘bite’. The pre-cooked chicken is available as chicken ribs, chicken drumsticks or chicken wings.
GYROS
New in the product range is the Greek specialty: gyros. Gyros goes deliciously with a wrap or pita buns and served with tzatziki. The gyros is available as a pork or chicken variety.
STREAKY BACON
Streaky bacon or ‘crispy bacon’ is tasty, crunchy cooked pork belly bacon. The bacon is traditionally tank cured and real beech wood smoked. The salt content is reduced making the bacon less salty and more suitable to fit in a healthy diet. The bacon is cut into thin slices and fried per slice. This meal enricher is ideal for breakfast, salads, pancakes or numerous other possibilities.
